I found no problems with any of g4n's postings and I also believe we are a society overloaded on drugs, from the very young to the very old. My parents who both lived into their 90's and they've been gone for close to over 20 yrs took so few drugs in their lives. Our medicine cabinet at home had anacin, excedrin, bayer in it. The drug explosion came on in the last 30 yrs or so.
At one of my last jobs as admissions asst in private school, one of our little boys and I'd say he was 10 or so, would come in for his ritalin med and it killed me to have to dispense it, I was in charge of the meds, he was so zoned out. Then one day he and I were chatting and he said before he left for school, he took a dose of prozac. Guess what, his father was an MD. Yep...
What I say on all posts is my opinion and my truths.
Many millions of Americans (about 50%) take multiple prescription drugs, often for long periods of time. No one knows what the eventual results will be.
This is my opinion, based on reading all kinds of sources, some of them mainstream and some of them alternative. I am NOT advising anyone to stop taking their drugs. I am NOT a medical doctor. I am expressing my opinion on something I consider to be extremely important.
