Well, Biden to me stands for a competent and more compassionate America.
I think that maybe the best we can do with everyone screaming my-way or the highway ( aka tramp. )

...maybe after a couple more "Katrina" style catastrophes and Wall St rip offs people will wake up to political realities ....Political realities. I am still in shock over Trump's victory. Forget Russian interference and the disgusting betrayal of American values by the Nazi's payed off at Fox News. It's my neighbors and even extended family members who have delivered a blow to my guts. These are people who not only voted for Trump...they still support him. These church going hypocrites and so called "Friends" are the source of more pain to me than Trump himself. I guess what floors me the most is that I never knew the depths of their perversion and I consider myself a fairly perceptive man.....no more. There's only one thing that can account for this...xenophobic racism. It's hidden and possibly repressed but apparently dominant in their emotional makeup. Our emotions are subconsciously driven but we recognize them as ours...and real. I hate the creature in the White House that has caused me to internalize this...political reality. I don't think I can continue conveniently ignoring this new perception when I encounter nephews and people I've laughed and joked with in the past....this new fake behavior has to go. It's going to hurt but I won't respect myself if it continues. I guess I just had to talk about this new attitude to make it more real and doable. I like this family and circle of friends....I can't say that regarding the previously real ones. It's a pretty sad state of affairs.I've lost a brother, a nephew I was once close friends with, another nephew, and a few "friends." Due to their ignorance, their hypocrisy, and their arrogance, they will stay lost. I have no desire to go back. It's all good. It's called "schoolin'." I have learned to keep my life pretty clean for my own well being. All those people did was dirty it up.

i'll be 71 in 2020.it would be hard to bare another 4 years,i pray that this country comes to it's senses.people allow him to push the boundaries .for the life of me i can't understand why.if the economy stays strong i fear the worst.i'm tired of all the talking heads telling us how terrible he is.are you going to do anything about it?perhaps refuse to cover him. They can't afford to not cover him. When it comes to media, he's good for business whether Right or Left leaning, or Right down the middle. He's the engine driving media sales.

i'm tired of all the talking heads telling us how terrible he is.are you going to do anything about it?perhaps refuse to cover him. They are reporters...it's what they do. If they go silent, you'll only have the Nazi's at Fox spewing their lies and malicious propaganda. I grew up studying Hitler and the Tripartite machine that nearly took over the world. I'd often wonder, in disbelief, how three nations could become so brainwashed and perverted. I don't wonder anymore, it's happening all around me and I'm very grateful for the majority of the media still attempting to tell us the truth in spite of the most powerful government on Earth, with a major network in their pocket, constantly serving up their evil vomit. Be profoundly grateful suds.

i wouldn't care if they reported just the truth but they keep showing us trump's lies and misdeeds;which just gives him more reason to complain and excite his base.i,too, studied the rise of hitler and the nazis.trump should be ignored if possible.the people should make their decision based upon facts.if the electorate can't do so we may be in for more of the same.baiting the press and getting them to respond in attack mode has made celebrities of kellyanne conway and sarah sanders.

True enough, but you're primarily speaking of FOX News and other hard right media. The so called "liberal media" is also constantly reporting on Trump. The fact that he is POTUS makes his absurdity newsworthy. They can't possibly not cover him. Personally, I want to know what the enemy is doing. That's why, on a rare occasion, I'll watch FOX News. Let's see how well he performs in the primary when he'll go against a candidate who is well prepared for him - unlike Hillary. He bullied her and she didn't handle him well - probably because she wasn't ready for his arrogance and utter disrespect. The next candidate will have had three plus years of witnessing what he's capable of. Whoever the candidate is, they'll be educated and well prepared.

www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/cnn-poll-biden-solidifies-front-runner-status-with-post-announcement-bump/ar-AAAJga8Former Vice President Joe Biden's announcement of a bid for the Democratic presidential nomination earned him an 11-point polling bounce, leaving him head and shoulders above the rest of the Democratic candidates. Warren ranks about evenly with South Bend, Indiana, Mayor Pete Buttigieg (7%), former Texas Rep. Beto O'Rourke (6%) and Sen. Kamala Harris of California (5%), who round out the list of those earning 5% or more in the poll. The remaining 17 candidates tested all held the support of 2% or less. We will see if someone breaks out of the pack to challenge Sanders?

trump was given too much "air" time during the primaries.now they are counting the number of lies he has told.things like this may be too much..they keep reminding those who don't read much how set upon he is.on a happier note i read that he is "scared" of biden and tweeting like crazy.

I strongly suspect Hillary had much the same problem as many other women of that generation and even some of the recent generations; a problem confronting and dealing with men and aggressive men in particular. Women have been brought up to believe they always had and should occupy a position of subordination to men. I know I had a problem with it when I was younger and it was very difficult to overcome and I don't think I am unique in that respect. It's conveyed so early and buried so deeply most women are unaware it's there. She was not particularly forceful with trump and he appears to be the kind of person who'll ride roughshod over anyone who gets in his way and betrays any weakness he can use against them

She was certainly used to being in charge of men but Trump isn't the kind of man Hillary was used to dealing with. In fact, anyone (male or female) would be ill equipped to deal with confrontations with Trump unless they were fully aware of the kinds of tactics he's willing to use in advance. I believe anyone who thinks fighting fire with fire is a good strategy against him will lose. One must remain composed, be very well prepared with facts, allow him to make a fool of himself, and calmly pounce on every lie and misstatement he makes. I believe that is how to beat him in a debate. Hillary got suckered into his game.

On the contrary, I believe it is vital that the "talking heads" and news media continue to talk about how terrible he is. I think it is vital that anybody with any sense of decency continues to scream bloody murder about how terrible he is. To do otherwise is to acquiesce in his corruption and to accept what he is trying to do to America.
I can't remember who said it, but "all that is necessary for the forces of evil to win the world is that enough good men do nothing." That was never more true than it is today.
