Had an early lunch at the Country Kitchen with a friend. It was pleasant ... no loud music and good service. Might drive to Kohls this afternoon to shop for a pair of jeans.

In addition to the beautiful metallic red paint, the interior is a nice blonde with charcoal trim. Nice ride. Plenty of power. Really comfortable seats. She's going to love it. We'll do a 3 year lease with 7,500 miles per year since this is likely to be used more for local trips. How's the new car doing for yunz, Bob?

My relatives in PA used to say, "yunz." Haven't thought about them in years.

NKat It just depends where you were/are here in the 'Burgh (western Pa.) area. I was brought up mostly around people that said "yunz" and some that said "yinz" (hence the term 'yinzers'). It doesn't matter which pronunciation you use here in western Pa. Both are correct grammar when speaking 'Pittsburghese'.
Now if yunz 'ill 'scuse me a spell, I gotta go redd-up my work shop so's I kin find ma tahr 'arn to see what's up with that tahr why she's gotta slow leak so's I kin git to Gint Iggle and git me summore Jumbo.

Don’t forget your chipped ham. I know I do not say shower correctly. When speaking fast will say shire, but I was born in the South Side on the flats. nkat

I say it to sound like "woush" (would sound). "I gotta 'woush' my hands" or "I gotta woush some clothes in the woushing machine". I know people that say it pronounced like "warsh".
By the way, Isaly's had "THE BEST" chipped ham back in the day. Nowadays, it's just greasy garbage that G.E. or Shop N Save sells. There used to be an Isaly's cattycorner from my grandfathers' store in Charleroi when I was little. Had the BEST ice cream too!

Today my battle with Chrysler Capital continues..... Spent more time on the phone with these fools than I have with family in the last month.
In 2015 I bought a brand new loaded Jeep Cherokee limited.. I financed it for 60 months with ZERO % interest.. so IMO.. it's free money for 5 years.... I have NEVER been late with a payment in the last 4 years... NEVER...
Anyway.. On January 11th I noticed I had not received my usual monthly payment coupon and statement.. SO I called Chrysler Capital to be told the statement was mailed on December 27th... I figured it may be lost in the mail... and was advised to mail in a payment being sure to put my account number on my check... I did exactly that... and even took the envelope to the post office that same day.
On January 18th I called and learned that my payment had NOT yet been applied to my account... So I gave it some time and this morning.. January 23rd.. I called again... NOPE.... my payment has not yet been received. So now what? I asked... WELL... you can give us your banking info and routing number and we will go in and help ourselves to your money... Yeah... Right... NO F'ing way!!…
So I went to my bank.... and Found that indeed the check had not yet been cashed... I put an immediate "Stop" on the check to the tune of $36...… and called Chrysler Capital to tell them so... I also told them that I would NEVER be paying their late fee... for late payment... To which they replied.. "We gave you the option of letting us pillage your bank account and you refused"... SO you will pay the late fee.... BULL$hit….. Send me to collections...
In the meantime... I have received a replacement payment coupon....I will resend my January payment tomorrow... I will send the February payment when I receive that statement... Lesson learned.. NEVER send a payment to a 3rd party lock box without your statement and coupon... The A-Holes don't now how to apply checks..
