Hope you continue feeling better.. Yesterday must have been gyne day... I had and appointment with mine too.. Nothing serious.. but haven't been in the stirrups in eight years.. Now I remember.. Thank you, feeling much better at the moment. Yes, GYN day indeed it was. Like you I haven't been in stirrups for some years, five here, last time for this same reason. Not looking forward to Feb 1st. FYI for the men and the "oh my", handkerchief ladies, you all might want to stop reading, so, don't say I didn't warn you. They had the audacity to have a young male student in the room through the whole procedure. I'm used to being asked if it would be okay, they just sent him in the room prior to the physician and had him ask preliminary questions before seeing the physician. The whole time when he was in alone with me, I had a WTF look on my face. Plus the nurse had just been in before asking many of the same questions. I didn't want to be difficult considering I was already anxious enough and just didn't want to draw anymore attention to myself than necessary. But normally these days, I prefer a female doc to examine my vag, haven't let a male pry down there for the past, well anyway, I'm got over and am over myself. After it was done and over with the yougnin and I were besties. I'm glad all was good for you. After my upcoming visit and all checks out, I don't plan on having anymore gyn visits ever again if I can avoid it. If I were younger, I would get my regular exams, but at this stage of my life, nothing to see worth mentioning, I just keep it to myself next time. I specifically sought out a female Gyne because I was uncomfortable with the exam after all these years.. I personally wouldn't have allowed a male student in the room.. I'm hoping to be done with this forever too... The American Cancer Society does not recommend paps after age 65 anyway...

...heading to the Las Vegas area to visit my daughter, as well as my brother & SIL. My son is flying in from L.A., and hope to see step-daughter & son-in-law before they return home back this way. Next month my daughter is going to live in St Thomas, Virgin Islands, so the whole family has been visiting her. I wish she wasn't moving.

Got up this morning and prepped veggies, browned the stew beef and made the stock, put all in the crock pot for dinner tonight. Also about 30 minutes ago I made bread dough, and it is rising, Nothing like fresh bread.

We played outside for 4 hours, shoveling and blowing snow. The wild turkeys were patiently roosting in the trees, waiting for snow to be removed from their feeding ground. Didn't take them long, to fly down to eat.

Went to a hilltop Buddhist Temple and Pagoda after attending mass with hubby. Later we took public transport into the nearest beach town. Plans were for us to have drinks and dinner, then for him to go home and me go the big Sunday night market. However, sudden rain changed those and we went back home together. I'll try again next week.

Woke up, got up, had a cup of coffee, sh-t, shaved and showered, got dressed, had another cup of coffee with 2 slices of toast. Made my lunch, packed my lunch box, filled my travel mug with coffee. Started the car, scraped the windshield and side windows then drove to work. Punched in, got the van all prepped for the day. Then found out,,, only had one job, 2 rooms of carpet. Did the job, drove back to the shop, and completely cleaned the inside of the van. Punched out and came home. Play by play sponsored by the following: Coffee, Sugar and Cream.

Lunch at Cracker Barrels, nice items in their side store. I didn't eat all that much but the food was okay, I really enjoyed the English tea. It was a nice afternoon with a lovely group of ladies and gents.
