OMG! What total moronic BS! Unfortunately there will be those with serious loss of brain power who will not only accept it, but revere it. Disgusting! Too many people have been too thoroughly brain washed by religions of various sorts to be able to fully believe and accept complete nonsense that most thinking people would completely reject! I'm at a complete loss for words to completely condemn this travesty. Fate help us if there are enough of them to force him into office again

This crazy nonsense always brings the John Lennon song to mind. "Imagine no religion its easy if you try, nothing to kill or die for, above us only sky. Imagine all the people living life in peace."
Can you imagine that?
I can't. Many things keep us at each other's throats. The color of our skin, the Goddess or God we believe in, no belief at all, who we love, where we live, the language we speak, and on and on.

So, if Trump is the Messiah who was the Virgin Mary. From what it seems, with Trump seeming to have a significant likeness to Hitler if would appear Virgin Mary was Eva Braun!!!

The way I see it trump is the anti Christ. Just like I saw Hitler as The Beast.
I wonder how people of other countries see the US these days? Weak or strong? Smart or not that smart? A world leader or not? A pathetic group of confused yet puffed up folks who put someone like trump in the White House?
I'm embarrassed that trump sat in the oval office. Is that the best we could do? The same place Washington, Lincoln, Jefferson Carter, Clinton, Reagan and all the others sat?
That is pathetic.

Trump is an idiot. Can't wait until he is rotting in prison cell for what he did January 6th 2020.

I'd like to see that too but I can't shake the feeling that it will never happen. His worshippers will take to the streets and I don't think it will be a peaceful demonstration. The last time they protested it was far, far from peaceful.
I hope I'm wrong.

We can't control what the other side does, but we may hay to fight them in a war for our freedom. Nothing to worry about, since we haven't a clue how things will shake out. Just hope for the best. For right now, I trust the people in charge and hopefully, the November election results will be positive.

If only I had the faith you have. I'd be a calmer person. What is your secret?

If only I had the faith you have. I'd be a calmer person. What is your secret? I think I might have posted this before. I'll put it in quotes, but it's a paraphrase because I can't remember the exact wording. "There are things you can't control, so don't worry about them. There are things you can control, so don't worry about them." ~Dalai Lama~ It's kind of a silly quote, but it has meant a lot to me ever since I first heard it. My daughter laid it on me when I was going through some serious turmoil and stress. I continually reminded myself of the meaning behind the quote. It helped tremendously. It takes practice, but it's not that hard. "Life is a journey, not a destination." "Live in the moment." "One day at a time." All good quotes... Worry won't change the outcome. Most of us can't do much more than vote. Our vote is our weapon, but it might not be enough. So what? We'll just be presented with a new set of circumstances we'll have to deal with. If it's intolerable, we'll have to figure out ways to fight other than voting, because our votes will be meaningless. Chances are, we'll all hate it. So what? Worry won't change it. If powerful people collapse Earth's ecosystem, we'll all pay for it, including the rich guys. Then the human race ends. So what? Maybe...collectively, we can save the Earth and the human race, but frankly, it's not looking good right now. The only way we stand any chance of winning is through our votes. Outside of that, we're pretty much powerless. Personally, I can't live without hope. I hope Donald Trump dies. That's not based on hatred for Donald Trump. It's based on, "What's the best way to eliminate a lot of our political problems?" But...he might win in November. I doubt it, but he might. So what? We'll have to figure out ways to deal with it...or not. Am I afraid? Not yet. Am I concerned? Yes. That's why I participate on places like this, and I post some on social media. At my age, that's probably the best I can do. Without hope, might as well just throw in the towel. Just go ahead and kill me. It won't matter. We'll all die if "they" win anyway. So what? I'm not even sure we can avoid Armageddon even if we win. See...there's nothing to worry about - lol. A trick I learned long ago...assume the worst has already happened. What is the worst thing that could happen? Okay...it's already happened. So, where do we go from here? Chances are the worst won't happen, and maybe, good will happen instead. If the worst happens, at least we'll be prepared for it. I don't know. we're all different, so we each react to things differently. I just hope some little tidbit I dropped helps you to reduce your worry.

If I could get through one day (maybe one hour) without worrying I'd be surprised.
For me worrying is not necessarily a bad thing. Not all the time. It can motivate me to get things done. Or, it encourages me to take a nap.

Can you imagine the outrage Republicans would have if a Democrat behaved like, or did half the things trump has done?
Neither can I.

Or, it encourages me to take a nap. When I was a worrier, sleep was a great solution. Sleep was my escape, and I could fall asleep in under five minutes. I'd wake up refreshed, but sadly, I was faced with the same $hit, so I'd easily drift back into stress. When my daughter laid the Dalai Lama quote on me, it changed my attitude. All it says is, "Don't worry," but not only does it say, "Don't worry when things are bad (things you can't control)," it also says, "Don't worry when things are good (things you can control)."

Most Americans, however, are more inclined to think that God sent Trump only because He ran out of locusts and pestilence.
Maybe God of the Old Testament, sent trump, as punishment, for people not following the Jewish laws, he gave us?

I hope no one, thought I was being serous, was just making a point, how Christians, cooped the god of Mosses, to use as the base of their religion. It's easier to build on an old religion, than to make a new GOD. The god of Mosses, was vengeful, and a mass killer, the GOD of Jesus, is, “Let any one of you who is without sin be the first to throw a stone at her.” The GOD of Mosses would have kill, her whole family!
