Nutter Butter Pie
CRUST
24 Nabisco Nutter Butter cookies, crushed 5 Tbsp. melted butter
Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press into a pie plate and up the sides.
FILLING
1 (8oz.) cream cheese 1 C. creamy peanut butter 3/4 C. sugar 1Tbsp. vanilla 1 (8oz.) tub cool whip, thawed
Mix cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar and vanilla at medium speed until well blended. Gently fold in 1 1/2 cups cool whip. Spoon into crust. Freeze 4 hours or overnight. Let stand at least 1/2 hour before cutting. Put extra cool whip on each piece when serving.
