The SCOTUS will be hearing a case to reinstate Trump as POTUS. The plaintiff wants Biden, Harris, and most of the House of Representatives removed. Their case is that Congress did not investigate the non-existent election fraud. IOW, the are saying Congress should not have confirmed Biden as POTUS until congressional investigations were held into the 'Big Lie'. The SCOTUS turned this case down, earlier. Now they are hearing it. In a normal time, this would be seen as some hilarious stunt. In today's political clime, it becomes yet another threat to Democracy. The SCOTUS is no longer seen as a nonbiased legal entity. A majority has been bought by the far right and have been setting aside settled case law to appease their puppet masters. So, what happens if they would have a 5/4 decision handed down to remove the sitting POTUS, half of Congress, and reinstate the former guy? The confirmation process for a POTUS is in the hands of the House of Representatives... not the judicial system! Can the SCOTUS actually remove a sitting POTUS merely to appease their handlers and complete the coup attempted on 1/6/2021?? www.newsweek.com/supreme-court-reconsiders-case-reinstate-trump-1782150

Sheesh! When I found media like Newsweek reporting it, assumed it was happening. Certainly hope Reuters is correct!!! Reuters and AP are the news agencies that most commercial media get their stories from, so I'm pinning my hopes on Reuter's report.
