Wife and I got our second COVID booster shots yesterday. Having a little spike, locally, in cases. Our local health department is amazing!! They emailed the paperwork a day ahead so we wouldn't kill time filling it out when we got there. Walked in. Made sure the paperwork was complete. Poked us. Probably weren't there 15 minutes.

Hubby is scheduled to have his port surgically removed on the 20th, so we'll get our boosters at the end of the month.

Read that that shot only lasts 4 weeks. Have to get over my UTI before I get mine.

Nova Scotia is about to open 4th booster shots to people over 70, so I'll be due for mine mid July. Nova Scotians over 70 can now book their 2nd booster, for at least 120 days after their previous one (which was January 17 for me). I just booked mine on-line for May 31, and it's confirmed. The best news: I can get it in the Pharmacy right across the road from me.
