Why did God only put man on Earth in our solar system? What was the purpose for creating us? If humans were to serve a purpose, why didn't he create life on Mars, Saturn, Pluto, etc.? Sure, those life forms would have required different physical characteristics to survive on other planets, but if he could create man to survive in Earth's climate, why couldn't he create beings to live on other planets?
What is our purpose. We grow plants and animals to eat and sustain our lives. What purpose do we serve for the God that created us. Do we produce some product we can't identify for his/her existence? Or, are we just a video game?
If God did create us some many millions of years ago, why didn't he create us with the same technology we have today? If we serve some purpose, wouldn't he have created us to be the most efficient/effective beings towards that purpose? Was the same "product" produced by the human race when they etched pictures in cave walls as when we watch 24/7 cable news?
We know our human bodies eventually compost back into dust. Some bones survive, but flesh and blood totally decomposes. So... in what state do we exist in the afterlife? We're still finding bones of those who passed centuries ago. Those body parts did not move on to some afterlife. If we are to rejoin and know our family and friends in that afterlife, how will we recognize them with no human effects?
So much that we must trust to our own forms of faith and belief. Certainly, even Christian denominations differ in their beliefs. Then, you have numerous other religions... Islam, Hindi, etc. that believe differently. How do we know who is correct? What if we've been born into and followed a totally incorrect belief and we should have followed the belief of a neighbor across town... or across the globe?
Sheesh! Now, I'm even confused......
