I saw the urogyne today and had a work up.. She said I had a classic case of urge incontinence... For the first line of treatment, I will be starting physical therapy in a few week.. and start timed voiding at home.. Meaning go to the bathroom every two hours. I see the doctor in 3 months to see if more options like medication are needed..

Comes with childbirth, age and lack of estrogen... it's an internal type of physical therapy to lengthen and relax the muscles.. that and I suppose those good old Kegel exercises.. I have also been advised to lose weight as being overweight contributes to the problem.. I can lose weight... I just can't keep it off.
