Judge orders Hillary Clinton deposition in Judicial Watch lawsuitA federal judge on Monday ordered former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to give a deposition under oath over a years-old lawsuit filed by the conservative group Judicial Watch regarding her role in the response to the 2012 attack on the U.S. compound in Benghazi, Libya. U.S. District Court Royce Lamberth, a Reagan appointee, said in court filings that written answers provided by Clinton to questions from Judicial Watch were "incomplete, unhelpful, or cursory, at best." "As extensive as the existing record is, it does not sufficiently explain Secretary Clinton’s state of mind when she decided it would be an acceptable practice to set up and use a private server to conduct State Department business," Lamberth wrote in his order. "Simply put, her responses left many more questions than answers." "Even years after the FBI investigation, the slow trickle of new emails has yet to be explained," the judge added, referring to the rate at which emails from Clinton's private email server have since been released. The order is the first requiring Clinton to testify under oath in person on the subject of the 2012 attack on the U.S. compound in Benghazi and the Obama administration's response at the time, when Clinton was head of the State Department. Since Secretary Clinton believes it would have been in the best interest of the country for her to have been elected POTUS, Alan Dershowitz said she doesn't have to follow the court's order to appear for a deposition.
Or:
If Secretary Clinton has to be deposed for her decisions in regard to Benghazi, we must order depositions for every candidate receiving NRA money for their decisions in regard to allowing mass shootings to continue in the USA.
Or:
We must order depositions from whomever was involved in the decisions to bring infected cruise ship passengers to the USA and allow unprotected Americans to assist them when they arrived.
Or:
We must order depositions from administration officials, including Trump, for their decisions in regards to everything that's been done during the last three years.
Or just pick something else:
Whitewater? Pizzagate? Stormy Daniels?
Or
How about we just worry about running the country and taking care of ourselves and leave all this nonsense alone?

Are they ever going to leave her alone. Are they persecuting her again in case she decides at the last minute to run for president again? That incident was almost 8 years ago!

She should say "it was to long ago to answer the questions any clearer than I already have, so on advice from counsel, I take the Fifth"

It's a civil suit. You can't take the fifth in a civil action.
You can forget stuff, though.

The judge stated that previous testimony did not show her "state of mind" while using a private email server.. How in the hell does anything show someone's "state of mind"... it might help to know this judge is a trump appointee. This is trump pulling the strings again.

Or if they call she in she could say the answers are the best I could remember and my memory has not gotten better over time.
