Doesn't this make you anxious, proud and happy

to write that check to pay your tax bill? Problem is, Yahoo needs a proofreader.  This seems to say that Amazon paid their taxes at a 12% rate.  Read the actual headline and the figure is really 1.2%.     A major difference in dollars. Honest mistake or attempt at misrepresentation?  ?
