A thought experiment: If the Bill of Rights had said that the "right of people to keep and bear ROCKETS shall not be infringed," would we insist today that citizens can possess missiles? Or would we have evolved our thinking to address the real danger of modern hi-tech missiles?
So, it is constitutionally OK to ban fireworks but not assault rifles. Sweet.
Joe Biden has a Coronavirus team. Donald Trump’s team has coronavirus. That’s the tweet

Sound about right to me.
We are all entitled to our own opinions but not our own facts.
The Founding Fathers were brilliant and thoughtful men. I can't even imagine what they would think of the slime in the WH or the people who put him there but I digress...
What I wanted to say was those wise men were well aware of things, ideas, and people changing all the time. Amendments are amendments so they can be amendeded if they no longer serve the needs of the people or are a threat to our safety and security,
Keep in mind when The Constitution was written one of the most powerful weapons we had was a musket. You had to practically be face to face with your enemy and you had to stop and reload after one shot!
I'm thinking we need people who are as thoughtful and wise as those men were. They would be appalled, disgusted, horrified, and sad at the state of the union they today.
Don't annoy old people. The older we get the less "life in prison" is a deterrent.
