An Update from today's visit to J's annual doc visit for check up and labs. Doc knew J is using the HGH gel but a year has passed and the doc was so shocked at how great J looked.
J has been thru a lot of damage and did her share of pharma drugs, but I don't think she takes 1 pharma drug at this point. Supplements yes and the HGH gel. Again she is 56.
This time the MD asked J to send her info on getting on the HGH herself, gave her a private email to send her the info.
So much has changed inside and out. I continue with my good success and it will be a year next month.

Now I know MOST here don't care too much for supplements and alternative healing, but for the lurkers and those curious I will continue to post here. My daughter and I continue to benefit with the HGH gel we use transdermally. When I just did a search with this question "Does Human Growth Hormone Make the Body Work Better"...this very thorough explanation link came up. healermedicine.com/human-growth-hormone-supplements/

Exercise also is a great way to boost your HGH naturally, along with better sleep and eating well.
And I am so glad that it works for you!

Yep, I exercised all my life into my mid 60's when OA got too nasty to continue, but I stretch every morning for about 30 minutes. And yep my sleep combo I use along with HGH gel gives me a lovely 10 hours of restorative sleep nightly at going on 82. And two big finds in my life for my health have been Grape Seed Extract and HGH homeopathic gel.

With my OA of the fingers, and wrists, shoulders, and feet...I am still able to exercise and that is recommended by my doctor and the PT folks. Not everyone can do it so don't think that I am thinking that way. However it was recommended to me for my situation and it has proven to be the best thing I could do for myself. My doctor wanted to know what I had done to lower my BP, and make all of my 'numbers' [blood test] so much more remarkable than two years ago. The only thing I'd done is change my hiking/walking routine to include those type of workouts that the coach gives us in a group setting. I've seen more than one person my age with hip/knee issues and balance issues come and reap some very good benefits.
So that is my success story without meds or alternative meds. Every body is different. I also get a LOT of social connections because of this, which has lifted my moods and actually fights depression/dementia and all sort of nasty things! Color me happy right now. :)

All this started with me at 18 and now going to 82 this year. So I've worked on myself to keep going, but know the hip replacement really broke me down more and advanced this bodywide OA. And I do take supplements and they keep me moving. We do what we do and no one is right or wrong in the whole scheme, but what is right for them. I don't want hard core drugs which is pretty prominent in our country. And when it's colder, it all hurts more and we've had 2 months of coldness and February is feeling like that too.
