Planks! Super great core exercise, works most muscle groups and is less likely to cause injury than lifting weights. Each of the positions shown came be done in multiple reps & sets.

Too funny! I had to laugh at those. Since I've been doing CrossFit for around 8 months I've seen a lot of changes in what I want to eat and how I am able to move. Though we do enjoy the memes!
