Reminds me of a movie I saw years ago called 'Holes". That was a neat movie but altogether different premise.

What I don't understand is why we are spending time and energy digging holes on other planets when we have so many problems right here.
If we really feel the compulsion to dig holes and so forth, maybe that activity could be used to do something about our failing infrastructure.

But you have to admit that the monies N.A.S.A. has spent to bring us back photos of another world up close are priceless.

Interesting. I never imagined sending a probe to rendezvous with an asteroid, and take core samples.
