Maybe all victims of mass killings should sue gun makers. Make gun makers pay for the damage their products do.

There's a federal law that says gun manufacturers cannot be liable for damages done when their products are used in a crime. The court didn't decide in favor of the plaintiffs, it only decided that their claim could proceed to court on their claim that Remington wrongfully advertised.

People Sue Tobacco company's, People can now sue Gun manufacturers? . I wonder when,,, when will people start sueing Mother's and Fathers for making a baby that grows up to be a killer. Where does it stop.
