Tend to dislike the "complicated democratic systems" of modern government. Make no mistake Democracy is under attack. The Quicker we get Democracy working right again the better! www.bbc.com/news/world-43301423

So it's governing by chaos. Maybe Trump had a plan after all.

The slow demise of democracy started way before t. was elected. The Republicans just made sure their stooge got elected to make them more powerful and richer. Over my lifetime I have heard warnings about the demise of the middle class; the 1% of the wealthiest citizens ruling the country; people getting rich off of wars; and on and on. Dick Cheney is the epitome of evil and he is still around and active thanks to a heart transplant he received a few years ago. (I've always wondered if organ donors' families have a say in who receives their loved one's heart. But if you are wealthy, you can buy anything you need.)

Very true....and they don't care how they do it...we saw that this past week with the Supreme Court judge nominee hearing.

Dick Chaney is a selfish, intolerant man.... he does have intelligence over Trump but then mushrooms in my garden have a higher IQ than Trump.... Trump is the symptom.... the disease has been festering for some time.... The racists all were suppressed for so many years saw 45 as a good way to bang the drum and come out.... all the sexual harassment issues, all the corruption.... all of it is like "get as much as you can before Trump falls" you can see it in the eyes of these Republicans.... they want their agenda pushed through at ANY cost.... even to the brink of civil war if it suits their greedy little hearts.... Dick was an evil man.... but we have many more who stepped up to the plate to bat....

The scary thing about the GOP is that they always believed "the ends justify the means"
So they do not care if tramp destroys the Government and the Country to get their ends (which is to have the rich have total
and complete control of the US and the world) to them the rich are the only people that matter.
They Give the rich a big piece of Government money,Then stop a small raise to federal works?
If that does not tell you who matters to them nothing will. If they could they would do away with
all social Government programs, because the people that matter to them do not need them.
Let us hope we can keep your Democracy together so we can VOTE them out.
And that we can some how counter their brain numbing money.

Yes, Dick Cheney was the evil genius - GWB's brain - but in more recent times, here's my pick for 'most evil Republican.' In the past ten years, Mitch McConnell (Senate Majority Leader) has done more to harm this country than any other individual in Congress.
Paul Ryan and John Boehner (current and former Speakers of the House) run close seconds. Together these three have destroyed any decency or semblance of order or democracy in our congress and we've sat back and allowed it to happen.

I used to detest John Boehner. I am glad he is no longer in the news. Mitch McConnell has taken his place in my mind. But, anyhow, here is a photo of John B. that I have had for a long time. The patches are all his campaign contributors.

I used to detest John Boehner. Same here. At the time I saw him as being Satan incarnate, but compared to the present day GOP minions in DC he is a flippin' saint.
