I've tried this a couple of times, and it really works well. I'd taken out a whole broiler chicken from the freezer and wanted to make it tonight. I followed the directions on this website and the chicken came out great! I used a coffee run that I'd recently purchased at a cooking store. Really good flavor and best thing was that the chicken was done in about 30-40 minutes. If you've never tried this method of cooking a whole chicken, give it a try. Well worth it.
