I think, since he is a flagrant hypocrite, DeSantis should ban the Bible. My goodness, it talks of wars, hatred between races, slavery, sodomy, betrayal, unspeakable brutality, and so on - all things DeSantis thinks we (especially children), shouldn't be exposed to. Geez, lol...then the Bible could be on Velchi's banned book club. Wouldn't that be fun? Then there's the incest,murder, and polygamy. I'm sure there's more but those came immediately to mind. I know this is an old meme, I'm doing a bit of catching up. |

I taught in a Catholic girls secondary high school for 25 years and the RE teaching was all about what the nuns referred to as 'gospel values'. The OT was only referred to to put some of Jesus' words into context. It is the same in the small protestant congregation to which I belong. |
