Wow...he's saying the right thing, but it's hard for me to forgive him for what he did to Obama, and the positions he took back then. He started the Greene, Boebert, Goetz, Jordan movement. He made it cool to shout down a president giving his State of the Union Address. He's not our friend.

He made it cool to shout down a president giving his State of the Union Address. He's not our friend. I've noticed over the years that while in office the GOP types will tow the party line and tell the GOP pack of lies and engage in the rude and crude bad behavior that's become the GOP standard. But, once they become "lame duck" or have returned to private life they'll actually speak the truth, which I see as a carefully crafted tactic to shield their former conduct. I'll never forget / forgive GW Bush, (the shill for Texas oil interests) for immediately dumping the Kyoto Protocols at the beginning of his administration, and deny climate change all through his administration, until just a couple months before he left office...when he nonchalantly said "oh yea, climate change is real".

The alternatives to Trump are pathetic. Haley's "non-comment" probably won't hurt her much in the primary. It certainly won't hurt her in the "I'm ignernt, and proud of it" crowd, but they're already committed to Trump. In a general, it would be a big self-inflicted blow. She'll never get to the general other than becoming Trump's VP. I doubt either of them want that, although, she might be just the mouse Trump would look for.
