Eating right and exercise WON'T assure life beyond 65, because many have no real idea about what 'eating right' means.. About two billion people of the world and 100 million in the USA become unable to absorb nutrients that keep digestion and cells from inflammation. There is a way to 'get around' genes that prevent absorbing enough nutrients.
DHEA levels decline until most elders have less than 20% of that needed.
