Actually, Charlie just believes that freshly dug up dirt is perfect for sunbathing. This will be part of a new flower garden. I will be starting some seedlings on my porch in cans and tiny pots so that I can put them in the ground come mid May. We have frosts all the way up to the end of May in some years. My neighbors are purchasing a 'greenhouse' for their plants. IF I knew more about building 'stuff', I could make one for myself out of all that wood in the shed and ALL of those windows my husband saved for...something! Last year I wanted to haul all of it to the dump. This year? I am glad I waited. What's in your garden?

That doggie plant looks great to me, too. Let me know how many tiny doggie sprouts come up in that spot. Also, let me know when you need to thin them out or divide, so i could have at least a few starters, or a small clump.

I recently have some wild birds and a few squirrels and 1 chipmunk, seemingly planted in mine. Also a stray cat, a few days ago. I don't know if any kitten seeds were dropped. :)
