My daughter sent me this info and video from Dr. Joe and I listened to most of it..makes a lot of sense to me, keep a negative mind, keep a negative body. A lot of what he teaches is what I learned from Science of Mind (SOM) principles that I found in the 80's...life changing stuff.

Thing is MOST won't sit still long enough and let all the words sink into their brains to change. When I was introduced to Science of Mind, the "teachers" would keep saying "did you get it"....
I remember taking my mom who was a devote catholic to one of my Sunday "church" as I wanted her to feel and know where I had gone to....and after the service I asked her .... how did you like that mom, and she said "that was nice"....I knew it was futile but I introduced her a tad. That was OK, she stayed where she was until her death.

Gut belly tear jerking laughter is great medicine too Well this is true, but how often do we experience this laughter? Best to work on changing the mind.

I agree smitty45 Laughter is a great healing agent I remember Rebecca right after operation.... she was little depressed in bed I cheer her up and she laughed she cried immediately I say why you cry? She said she laugh too hard and hurt chest Then I laugh and she kissed me and said I made her “blues” go away...... Laughter did nothing like heal her but it made her feel better about her situation and it did a lot of good psychologically for someone with critical health issues Sometime laugh is better than bandage!!

It’s true it hurt like all living Hell to laugh then but it did me more good than any medicine could She made me happy when all I saw was gloom and depression A laugh really did help me feel better and more “myself” I usually am smiling all the time and I try to laugh everyday Ziyi helped me at that moment to remember my laugh!!
