I'm not into fasting, I've attempted it a tad in my life, but failed quickly. I like to eat. But I do figure I fast every day from 8PM the latest to about 9:30 AM next day when I stop eating and get a long night of sleep. I sleep a good 10 hrs, with the help of HGH, and probably don't eat breakfast until 10amish.. which is when I break the fast.
I'm into my 9th month on the HGH gel. I like my results so willing to spend what I do.

I finished dinner, which means I start my fast for tomorrow. I will have 15 hr.s fasting when I start my weights workout. Then 1 hr. Qigong. I'll have something to eat to conclude the fast at hour 19. Perhaps I'll do this a couple times a week, specifically to enhance muscle building with weight training. My Yoga teacher talks about cleansing of toxins in body tissues through fasting, am interested in doing that also. I don't need to lose more weight though, need to gain muscle mass, MUCH more difficult than losing fat.
Edit: the article mentioned using Melatonin to stimulate HGH production, will give that a try. I've used Melatonin before for sleep issues in the past.
