if they don't support Trump. "Dallas pastor and longtime Donald Trump ally Robert Jeffress is lashing out at fellow evangelicals who are critical of the president.
Jeffress, pastor of First Baptist Dallas and an evangelical adviser to the president, didn’t mince words during an appearance on Fox News commentator Todd Starnes’ radio show this week.
“Let me say this as charitably as I can,” Jeffress said in an interview published online Wednesday. “These ‘Never Trump’ evangelicals are morons. They are absolutely spineless morons, and they cannot admit that they were wrong.”
Jeffress said he doesn’t understand why evangelicals, many of whom are opposed to abortion, wouldn’t support Trump. Jeffress has often referred to Trump as “the most pro-life president in history.” MORE "Doug Pagitt, a progressive evangelical pastor from Minneapolis, told HuffPost he believes pastors like Jeffress are “more concerned with criminalizing abortion than they are in reducing the number of abortions.”

I can't believe an Evangelical pastor would call his fellow Christians "Morons" because they think for themselves. That very term used to describe them is not "christian!"
What a wonderful pastor to guide his flock this way! (sarcasm)
Well, Jeffress is the evangelical advisor to the president.
I'm not surprised because t. surrounds himself with questionable people.

I believe it too. Christian these days does not necessarily mean "love one another." It means "judge, bash, and hate one another."

I;m spiritual and follow my own belief. I guess in a way I follow the teachings of Buddha. The most peaceful non religion other than Atheism. When I was young and forced to go to church I thought Atheists were Devil worshipers. Come to find out later, Atheists believe in nothing, and better yet, have no person standing on a podium teaching hate while in the same breath teaching the love of God. Talk about contradiction.

Religion does not teach tolerance The word of Jesus does,in Christianity. All the other World religions teach tolerance. Some clergy use their position to advance their own bias, presenting it as the "word".
