The work placing up to 3,000 containers at a cost of $95 million
The containers are a $95 dollar junkyard, which now will cost more to clean-up.
It was a political stunt, which make guarding the boarder harder!

The pictures I've seen have gaps between them that immigrants can walk through. These containers are easily scaled so they can be climbed over. They are NOT a deterrent, just a political stunt.
The containers have been stacked/strung through Federal lands, as you said... a junkyard. Arizona taxpayers spend lots of money on procurement and placement of these containers. Wonder how the legacy of their governor will be affected when they lose the litigation and have to pay to remove them... pay someone to take them... and pay for cleanup of the Federal property.

If I were an Arizona taxpayer, I would not be happy wasting my tax money, like this!!
Maybe why he lost?

Something has to be done. What is the solution? Nkat I don't know how politician's can be stopped from doing political stunts, unless concerned citizens can get an injunction to stop it before the deed is done.
