I am a registered Democrat, notbob, but at heart I'm an Independent. However, I live in a "primary" state so unless I declare a party allegiance, I'm denied a vote in primary elections (the little and often ignored ones) and that is where some of the most important votes lie. I hate that Republican policies in the past 20+ years have gradually pushed me into the 'no one with an (R) behind their name gets my vote' category but that's where I now stand. Voters need decent choices and Congress needs to learn how to compromise to get things done. The Dems seem willing to compromise. They've done that from the day Biden took office. They've worked to compromise with Republicans, and they've compromised with the progressive wing of their own party. As Schumer said (paraphrase), "We need to sit down at the negotiating table. We won't sacrifice our principles, but we can look for areas where we can compromise."

The hate & lies approach to polarizing public perception cured me of the "(R)".
...and then along came "dubya", GWB with his name recognition status, but being thin on substance and crooked as a 3 dollar bill. That was it, I'm done.

And it's become far worse since then.

There is something wrong when we have states like CA, NV and AZ where we do not know the winners of their elections. In FL we got the results in like 4 hours. Yep, they do things a little differently, but did they do anything wrong? That's what some losers are saying. Where's your proof oldmontana ? You always ask me for proof. Where's yours? Losers? The proof is in the facts I posted. Again.. FYI..There is something wrong when we have states like CA, NV and AZ where we do not know the winners of their elections. In FL we got the results in like 4 hours. If I asked you for proof its because what you posted was your opinion posted as a fact.

"Why does it take longer in some states than in others?" Joe Lombardo (R) won the governorship in Nevada. Certainly, there must be fraud because it took so long to get the results. The bulk of late districts in AZ have been won by Republicans - must be because of fraud. The last districts to report in CA are likely to be won by Republicans. You have no "proof" of anything that resembles fraud. You only have a question as we all do, but late results doesn't mean there's fraud. So, where's your proof?

Care to answer the question or do you just want to vent?

Lol...you are so far out there. I'm not the one making a claim - you are. You're suggesting there's something wrong with our elections. I said, "Prove it," and now you're telling me to prove there isn't something wrong with our elections? True to form, you tried to twist things around, because you have no proof. It's your typical deflective tactic to avoid the question...where's your proof? I have faith in the process. Obviously, you don't, despite court case after court case that failed after all the 2020 challenges. Why aren't you questioning elections Republicans won? Do you think Democrats are the only ones who would cheat? If that's the case, you are incredibly naive. You're just deliberately spewing your ignorance here.

Your statements: "there's something wrong when we have states like CA, NV and AZ where we do not know the winners of their elections."
And also - "In FL we got the results in like 4 hours."
The questions for YOU: Where do you get the idea that "something's wrong" with the vote count in CA, NV and AZ? And, what makes you think that getting results in FL "in like 4 hours" is somehow...better?

I don't know why it happened, and neither do you, yet you said there's something wrong. I never said anything to the contrary, All I did was ask you for proof of your statement. Then you went off on a twisted rant, suggesting that I prove there's nothing wrong, when I never said there's nothing wrong. I simply want you to prove what you said, that "there's something wrong." So far, you haven't provided any proof. I can only surmise, you've stated your opinion as fact (like you always accuse others of doing), but you have nothing to back up your opinion.

Well said, Notbob! I don't think you are going to get an answer to your post. But, I think you already knew that. :)

Well said, Notbob! I don't think you are going to get an answer to your post. But, I think you already knew that. :) I swear, the guy's sole purpose is to antagonize. His conversation serves no purpose. No one in this circle buys his crap. I've been tempted to block him, but I hate blocking people. I could ignore him I suppose. I don't know, maybe I like the conflict, but it was much more relaxing when he wasn't chiming in for a while.
