I knew this was coming / Trump has also said that if a vaccine was not ready by then it was because of "deep state"conspiracy against him. Before the election. Why do think he said, President Donald Trump repeatedly emphasized that a vaccine would likely be ready for public use before the Nov. 3 election.
At a White House news conference Monday, Trump said a vaccine "will be very safe and very effective, and it will be delivered very soon." He added, "could even have it during the month of October."
When he knows it can't and will not happen. Because you have to get your country back from the illusionary "deep state".
He is predictable

I hope they keep the pledge. Right now, anything that would be released by November 1st, I highly doubt folks would rush out to get a vaccination. Too much flip flopping going on to trust anyone. I do think though, when this vaccine does roll out, trump, on live TV, should get the first shot along with all his family & swamp creatures, to prove it's safe with little side effects.
