What did Hubble look at on your birthday? On June 16 in 2002 Galaxy Cluster Abell 1689, an immense cluster of galaxies located 2.2 billion light-years away. Astronomers used Hubble to map the distrubition of dark matter in the galaxy cluster.

On November 16 in 2016 Galaxy NGC 1052-DF2 This galaxy, NGC 1052-DF2, is so diffuse we can see right through it to view more distant galaxies located behind it. The unusual galaxy is also missing most, if not all, of its dark matter.
