Hate to rain on this parade but I have had good women bosses but some of the worse bosses were women.
A bosses with out experience tend to be the worse. I do not believe gender is a quick fix.
Some men and women get to the top to quickly and have trouble dealing with power.
Like some women go along with abusive father, they go along with a abusive company.
I suppose it just depends on individual Rebecca is a director and she has a strong loyalty following.....Her staff are fiercely loyal to her and from knowing her Senior staff, people generally scramble to work for Rebecca She has 87 people under her currently As for me, I also boss I have 6 therapists and admin assistant We have a professional group practice and my staff are just as loyal. It depend how you treat people as a boss Good boss has the pulse of workplace

If American voters, in their infinite wisdom, would give the world the Obamas AND a Democratic Congress for eight years, I do believe miracles would happen. Absolutely!!

I think if US men were more excepting of a women president. The country would be a better place, even if one were not elected

The Constitution was written by men and for men.
Just saying.
I've had good and bad men and women bosses. Btw, the male bosses were known as strong and knew how to give orders and get things done. The women were known as pushy and b!itchy.
I've been retired over 30 years so maybe things are different now. Perhaps even better.

Strong women are bitches. I've heard it so often, it must be true. The citizens of this country today would have a decent health care system if the old white male DEMOCRATS in Congress had not fought Hillary's proposal during Clinton's first term. They were against it not because it was a bad plan (it was not) but because it was proposed by the uppity First Lady who should have been in the kitchen baking cookies (the barefoot and pregnant part not spoken but assumed). They were afraid of her in 1993 because she was a strong, intelligent woman. And I'm not entirely sure her husband gave it the support he should have. History would have seen it as her accomplishment, not his.

Women can do it all. Have the babies, raise them and often alone, work in and out of home and hire the men to do the work they can't do. I've been doing that for well over 40 yrs...

I'm still holding a bit of a grudge that a disgusting goon, known for a stupid tv show, sits in the Oval Office instead of a brilliant, qualified politican who happens to he a woman. Does it show?
Yeah, I know. People didn't like her. Some even voted for the goon just to teach her a lesson.
Hillary didn't lose. The USA did. We keep losing every second of the day because we do not have a leader.
We sure showed her. Ugh.

"I'm absolutely confident that for two years if every nation on earth was run by women, you would see a significant improvement across the board on just about everything... living standards and outcomes." - President Barack Obama That is a very sexist remark.

Damn right, let's give the other sex a go of it, the sex we've lived with have sure put us in big messes and messy wars for sure.
As I've said for years, if EVERYONE got massages and women ran the world, our peace standing would go up....I feel this to be Truth.

Oh, I've had both male/female bosses and have had to take a lot of S**T for a paycheck. I worked for over 40 yrs and seen it all, even a male boss who wrote a paycheck that bounced ....that is a no no big time. I walked out of that job shortly after he made the check good ...
