I was recently advised to get a financial advisor and had no idea how to choose one. My DD used to work for Find Law, an online website used to search for lawyers. She advised me to get an Attorney who specializes in Elder Law instead.
After visiting one last week, I found how very helpful he was in matters Senior Citizens should know. I was pleasantly surprised.
The law firm I worked for did some of elder law. We also did some work for the local senior citizens' law office. For some reasons, I found probate and intestate succession law quite interesting -- maybe because it is very much settled law and "inside the box" stuff and quite different from what our usual stuff was.
