Going to Ireland for 2+ weeks this Friday with my sister who will arrive from Michigan on Thursday. We'll take the ferry across to Belfast and drive down to County Clare for one night. Then we'll head down to a house we rented in the Dingle Peninsula (stunning!) for a week. My brother will fly in Saturday from RI but won't join us until Sunday.
My brother will go home after a week (not a lot of vacation time). Then my sister, husband and I will head to west County Cork for a week's stay in another holiday house.
We will drive up to Glendalough for 2 nights before going back home via ferry. Plans are to stop in Cashel on the way.
Our gggrandparents came from Counties Kerry and Cork which is why my sister mentioned that she'd like to visit those counties.
I'll post some photos.

Looked at the forecast for the areas of Ireland we'll be in - rainy and upper 50's.
And here in Scotland it will be gorgeous - sunny and upper 60's. Bah!!
