this policy that Trump and cronies enforced was a bad idea from the get-go... They had no intention of reunification of these families until the backlash became so vocal that they had to do something... When they did, it was haphazard and chaotic and there are still families not together and that Bull**** about not wanting to place children into dangerous situations is pure hogwash. I am also wondering if the numbers are not doctored..... I have a hard time believing ANYTHING that is coming out of HHS or Homeland Security these days. The problem with this Administration is that they believe that they are above the law, beyond scrutiny to oversight, try to suppress the free press and basically is run as if it were a monarchy. I am sorry to say to the CinC but he isn't the CEO of a company, he is the President and I may add WORKS for all of us, not just the wealthy white Americans but for all people including immigrants. Some days I shake my head and wonder what happened to this country. Open borders isn't a "real" issue, it is a made up term in which this President spews out of his mouth to incite fear among his base. His portrayal of these families seeking asylum as criminals, rapists, m13 drug dealers is flippin' insane and is coming from a very weak and sick mindset. Anything to stir up the ignorant masses which follow along blindly to a demagogue who is trying desperately to tear down our democratic way of life, our legal institutions and our intelligence community. I am not sure of anyone's definition of a traitor may be but I am highly suspicious of his actions and so are many others in my field, especially after Korea, Helsinki and now possible on the fly talks with Iran. This isn't the way a President of the United States acts.

I ran across this in my morning surfing....seems Trump was warned before this 'separation' was put into play, now he is sad ...."no one knows how to sell" and he is not having much fun... Trump is mad being president 'isn't as fun as it should be' Donald Trump has been increasingly frustrated by the lack of “fun” he has as president — and with the people who work for him that are unable to sell his policies. Vanity Fair‘s Gabriel Sherman revealed that not only was Trump warned privately that his family separation policy would be political suicide, but that the failure of his hardline political stance turned the president’s mood foul. House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-WI) and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) both privately told the president that he would “go down big” on the policy (his family separation policy), a Republican briefed on the conversations told Sherman. As backlash against the family separations reached a fever pitch, Trump blinked and signed an executive order reversing it — but not without grumbling about it to those around him. “He was very unhappy,” a Republican who spoke with Trump said. “He was perturbed the immigration issue had gotten out of hand. He’s feeling that being president isn’t as fun as it should be. He thinks he’s not getting the credit he deserves about the economy and North Korea. He said, ‘These people around me don’t know how to sell.’” His frustration with the fallout from the policy and the North Korea summit are “why he’s going bananas on Twitter,” the Republican told Vanity Fair. www.rawstory.com/2018/07/trump-mad-president-isnt-fun-hes-going-bananas-online/ The Vanity Fair article: www.vanityfair.com/news/2018/07/inside-the-trump-2020-campaigns-disorganized-attempt-to-keep-america-great

So sorry that Trump is not having as much fun as he expected, in being president. His presidency certainly isn't any 'fun' for the majority of citizens either.
I knew in my heart of hearts all along that Trump's motivation for seeking the presidency had NOTHING to do with service to Country, but simply for his personal pleasure...putting a feather in his cap, as they say.
