Here is a question I don't know the answer to: Is Kavanaugh the least worst of the Trump proposed pick list? It appears to me that especially if Dems don't pick up a bunch of seats this fall, we are stuck with one of Trump's picks? Or could a divided Senate go on rejecting one after the other forever?? All of them are ready willing and anxious to overturn Roe v Wade and restrict voting rights and gay rights, but Kavanaugh is the only own who has ever written on a sitting president not being able to be indicted or placed under criminal investigation.. I believe this is why he was chosen...
