Well, Rosenstein has until Friday to turn over paperwork. If he doesn't, Sessions will be told to fire him. If he doesn't, Session will be fired. Then the new AG will most likely terminate Rosenstein.
Something to look forward to on Friday. Who has the power to force Sessions to fire Rosenstein? A group of Republican Representatives? the House is legislative and the Attorney General is in the Executive branch.. I don't think they have the authority to do that. Sessions says he's keeping him. www.news4jax.com/news/politics/sessions-says-rosenstein-will-remain-in-charge-of-russia-investigation Trump.
What Session said a week ago may have changed. What I posted was news from yesterday afternoon from a House Rep speaking to the news.

Trump.
What Session said a week ago may have changed. What I posted was news from yesterday afternoon from a House Rep speaking to the news. So if the DOJ doesn't turn over the documents the House band of loonies want, Trump said he will fire him? Well.. apparently Trump feels he can do without an Attorney General as Congress has said they will NOT hold hearings to confirm a new one.. This of course will leave Rosenstein as acting Attorney General.

It wasn't too wise to say it, but HRC was right on when she called trump supporters, "The Deplorables". They have certainly proven themselves to be that.
