Spent a good part of the day icing my shoulder and had a good night sleep.. I have noticed an improvement this morning already. I think I dodged a bullet on this one.. hopefully... That's good to hear!

Two Frozen shoulders, one left, one right. Surgeries for both to remove the debri. It was painful, it was tough, and physical therapy was something else. Then as I was recovering from the right shoulder surgery, we discovered that the tendons in my right elbow had to be cleaned up, cut and re-attached.
I hope the shoulder injury gets much better. Keep it moving and stay healthy! My shoulders are much better now years down the road. I will always have a compromised elbow [both of them in fact] but I keep them exercised and strong.

My shoulder is still sore and it still hurts to lift my arm.. but it's slowly improving and nowhere near as bad as it was Sunday... so it' only been 2 days.. I keep it moving... time will tell..

QS, how's the shoulder doing? Shoulders heal very slowly, in my experience. My doc told me to keep moving, but not to overdo it or I could get a setback. So far, so good, I guess, but it has been several months and it still bothers me some, especially if I try to work overhead, like dusting ceiling fans, etc.

My shoulder is doing much better. I have almost full range of motion with limited discomfort. It's still a bit sore to lift my arm out to the side, but I am able to do it. Almost no pain raising my are above my head.. Apparently it's a sprain and those take time.
