1 egg 1 cup of sugar 1 cup of peanut butter
- Preheat over to 350 - Combine the 3 ingredients and mix until smooth - Drop by spoonfuls onto baking sheet - Bake for 6-8 minutes or until bottoms are just slightly golden brown and cookies are still a bit soft. They will harden a bit while they cool
Enjoy!

It is definitely a quick go-to dessert or snack for the kids.

Sounds more like peanut butterĀ caramel. I guess there's just one way to find out. Fireheart says they're good. I would probably call them drop cookies.

I thought the same thing the first time I heard about them. I got the recipe from a friend years ago. The main thing to remember is not to overcook them.
