As far as Fear of the Walking Dead, I never got into that, though I did try I did try to 'get into' the show, but even with the cross-over of Morgan from TWD to FTWD the interest was just not there.

The very first episode with Morgan in FTWD I did watch,,, then the following episode I was totally lost as all the show did was bounce back to other times, so I turned in to a channel surfer and ended up watching Beat Bobby Flay on FoodNetwork. Hopefully TWD continues to hold my interest.

I watched the first season of FTWD gave up maybe two episodes into the second season, tried to give it another go with the Morgan crossover, but, just one episode into their new season, I gave up again.
I'm looking forward to TWD newest episode that will be on at 9pm eastern time tonight.

I'm still watching TWD Sunday evenings, in the off-chance that something significant might happen. I don't really know what direction the series is taking, I have noticed that they've finally run out of bullets and autos that still have gasoline. However, they still have functioning flashlights.

I'm still watching, but to me, this isn't the same show, I consider it to be a spin-off and that's how I'm viewing it. There's no resemblance to the original, so, I've taken it out of my mind that this is the show I loved, they didn't give the old a righteous ending, but to me, they ended it when Rick left and turned it into something new. And this Alpha and her speak reminds me of Jadus, the one who took Rick.

This last episode I don't recall even seeing Michonne or Maggie. I hear that Maggie(Lauren Cohan) will be "moving on"...I wonder how that's going to happen.

You don't see Maggie because the actress left the show due to salary disputes, she's already on staring on another show. The actress who plays Michonne, with be leaving season sometime in season 10. www.vulture.com/2019/02/danai-gurira-is-leaving-the-walking-dead.html"Danai Gurira Is Leaving The Walking Dead and Probably Taking Team Michonne With Her The writing has been on the wall for a while now, but The Hollywood Reporter is making it official: According to sources, Danai Gurira will depart The Walking Dead in season ten. Neither AMC nor reps for the actress provided comment, but based on THR’s report, “Gurira will return in a limited capacity — described as only a handful of episodes” that will be sprinkled throughout the tenth season. The trade adds, however, that she could still be involved with the Walking Dead spinoff films that the network is developing. As AMC’s head of programming told THR last year, “We really want her to stay. She is an incredibly valuable character and I’m really hoping she stays. Obviously, the lesson of Andy is that the show can survive anybody’s departure if need be but that’s not our goal. The goal is to have Danai continue on whatever basis she can make work, given the other things that she has going on in her life.”

I should add there is a possibility actress, Lauren Cohan, who plays Maggie could return in season 10, they are talking, but, nothing is final on that front. I guess it'll also depend on how things go with her new show.

I did see the adverts showing Lauren Cohan in a new show, I didn't realize she was already done being Maggie. They didn't kill her off, she's just...not there anymore? So Michonne is leaving too, hmmm. I haven't gotten attached to any of the new people since the Saviors conflict, we'll be down to: Daryl Carol Tara Rosita Eugene King Ezekiel Enid
I may have missed one or two...? Is Gabriel still around?
oh yea, Negan is still alive.

No, they didn't kill Maggie off, as I wrote as an afterthought, there's a possibility of her returning to the show in season 10, but, it's a wait and see for now. I think if Cohan's new show takes off she might be in a better spot to negotiate a better deal or she might decide she rather just stick with her new show only. Who knows.

I thought I read somewhere that Rosita and Eugene were married...but now I'm seeing that Rosita told Siddiq that she's pregnant with his baby.

Sigh, I knew about Ezekiel, that's coming up quite soon, likely this season.
Oh and yes, Rosita did tell the other guy about her being pregnant, I believe that was in the first new episode.

I'm hanging on loosely to TWD. Unknown for the next season though. It's more and more and more about survival from others than Walkers. At this point, might as well be a show about anarchy.

I'll watch the rest of this season, 3 episodes I believe...then hopefully some other show worth watching will fill the Sunday evening time slot. I really like Better Call Saul, although I've read that season 5 won't be around until August of this year.
