Is it okay to say, hey, lets bring back POLIO and Small Pox and all the other good stuff that was stopped via Vaccines. Imagine how life would be for so many had they not been vaccinated, When I enlisted, between the reception station and basic training, we were shot up so many times, only they knew what was what,,, but, 34 years later I still feel no ill effects. No one is saying Bring back those dread health conditions. But I do believe the population is pushed into over medication including vaccines. My belief. I worked in a private school and the children of the families who did NOT do tons of vaccines had the healthiest children. These parents worked with their children in other than the toxic drugs... Just sayin.

Just sayin. That's just it. There's money to be made with medications. A cure would be a one time fee. Baby's who breast feed stand a better chance of not requiring vaccines than those who don't. I;d hate to see a family or family's have a child stricken with a disease that could have been prevented with just a shot. Ultimately it's up to the parents.

Mothers can pass on antibodies against diseases she herself has had in the past or those against which she has been vaccinated. Because antibodies are quickly degraded, the child is left without protection from 6-12 months after birth and also shortly after their mother discontinues breastfeeding. Also, antibodies against certain infectious like whooping cough, for example, are not transferable so the baby cannot depend on maternal antibodies for protection in all cases. Breastfeed for life then?

I got my first vaccine we needed for entering 1st grade and this was back in 1944 or so...what was that one called, MMR, Smallpox or just what.
Do they give a newborn or did they give a newborn a vaccine when in the hospital...But then I was born at home, so who knows and I don't care actually...I just know I'm healthy except for the "regret issues" I've posted.... I just know I had a life of allergy issues and sore throats forever...whatever all that was from....foods, etc...don't know..... but got rid of allergy and sore throat issues in 1995 with pycnogenol and then a year later grape seed extract.
I have a pretty strong distrust for medical industry...in case no one has noticed. I question everything....Went thru allergy shots some yrs back before Pysnogenol and they did NOTHING. Dr. made money and had a ton of constant patients.

Breastfeed for life then? I guess I thought wrong. I am pro vaccination, but it's the parents toss of the dice not to, not mine. I'd like not to see the return of Polio or any other preventable disease that's life altering.

Nearly 5,000 have died in DR Congo from measles. It's becoming an epidemic in many areas because of moron antivaxxers.

I can understand some not wanting to have their children vaccinated. To some of these children there poses a real risk of detrimental, and sometimes deadly, side affects. That's understandable. But if one takes a look back in recent history to the mid nineteenth century when food preservatives and chemicals started becoming more and more the standard in the food industry for an ever growing population, one, with a little research, could start to see a pattern form. Now I'm not saying or subscribing to any type of conspiracy theory concerning any of this, but rather pointing out the obvious that over the years of this practice, the subtle side affects of consuming all of these 'preservatives and chemicals', is now having a substantial and notable affect on the health of the American population. Cancer rates have risen along with the rise of autoimmune deficiencies stemming from the over-prescribing of antibiotics to a highly germophobic public.
The bottom line is that if people do not get their children vaccinated no matter what the risk to the child (of course, one would have to thoroughly consult their primary care physician if opting out), the consequences could be dire and very may well plunge us back to the middle ages where disease and plague were rampant and wholly unchecked.

Yes there are many harmful substances in food now, and that might partly account for the high rates of cancer. There are also harmful substances in the air and water, which might contribute. But I don't see why you think vaccines are the answer to this problem. It seems to be a different subject altogether. And some vaccines may be necessary, to prevent serious and deadly diseases. But many vaccines given to infants now are not necessary, and might cause much more harm than good. We should not have unquestioning trust in the pharmaceutical companies. They want as many vaccines as possible to be required, to increase their profits. They don't know, or care, about the harm that some vaccines might cause some children.

We should not have unquestioning trust in the pharmaceutical companies. They want as many vaccines as possible to be required, to increase their profits. There is a definitive line between blind trust and pure common sense. Measles/Rubella.....almost eradicated through vaccination. Smallpox.....almost eradicated through vaccination. Chicken Pox.....almost eradicated through vaccination. Polio.....almost eradicated through vaccination.
Which one(s) do you want to see come back.

Which one(s) do you want to see come back. As I obviously said, some vaccines are necessary, and others are not. Hepatitis B vaccine for every newborn is an example of something that primarily benefits drug companies.

I totally agree and just because some of us choose NOT to get shots of toxins, and choose to work on our own immune system, we are not Wrong. Good grief....

We'll just agree to disagree on some issues and that is fine. I'm not gambling, it's my choice and no polio here either. Perhaps coming from other countries it's a different story.
I don't get the other tests either, like mammograms and colonoscopies and I'm 81 and in good health.
No right or wrong, all choices. I'm probably a lone ranger here on my health choices but they are what I feel is right for me and not big pharma.
